We are aware of safety precautions when using CNC lathes

1. First of all, before the non-standard parts are processed, we must do the preparatory work, carefully check whether your clothing meets the requirements of the work, and you must strictly observe it.

2. Check whether the equipment meets the normal working standards and whether the voltage of the CNC lathe is stable. The socket must be a triangular socket and the line must have a ground wire. Before the formal operation, a dry running test is performed on the CNC lathe. Only in abnormal circumstances can use boot operation.

3. If there is any abnormality while the CNC lathe is running, it is necessary to wait for the machine to stop working completely before checking and troubleshooting.

4.Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, and fitted clothing without loose sleeves or jewelry. Never operate a CNC lathe while fatigued or under the influence of substances that impair judgment. When producing cnc machining part components, ensure all guards and protective barriers remain in place throughout the machining process.

5.Maintain a clean and organized work area free from debris, coolant spills, and obstructions. Proper housekeeping prevents slips and accidents. When handling stainless steel part workpieces, use appropriate tools and techniques to avoid sharp edge injuries. Store materials securely to prevent shifting or falling.

6.Keep hands and loose materials away from rotating spindles and cutting tools. Never attempt to measure or adjust workpieces while the machine is running. For specialized applications like anodizing aluminum part production, follow chemical safety protocols and ensure proper ventilation in the workshop.

7.Receive proper training and certification before operating any CNC equipment. Regular maintenance checks and adherence to manufacturer guidelines ensure optimal machine performance and operator safety. Emergency stop buttons must be easily accessible and clearly marked for immediate shutdown when needed.
