1. Frosted

Frosted plastic generally refers to plastic film or sheet. When rolling, there are various lines on the roller. The different lines reflect the transparency of the material.

 

2. Polishing
Polishing refers to the machining method of using mechanical, chemical, or electrochemical action to reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece to obtain a bright and flat surface.
3. Painting (spraying)
Plastic spraying is mainly used to coat a layer of plastic on metal equipment or parts, which plays the role of anti-corrosion, wear resistance, electrical insulation, etc. Plastic spraying process: annealing → oil removal → elimination of static electricity and dust removal → spraying → drying.

 

4. Printing
Plastic printing refers to printing the required patterns on the surface of plastic parts, which can be divided into screen printing, curved surface printing (pad printing), hot stamping, penetration printing (transfer printing), and etching printing.

Screen printing: The printing plate isnet-shaped. During printing, the ink on the plate leaks from the through-hole part to the substrate under the compression of the ink scraper.
Pad printing: first, etch the design pattern on the printing plate, apply ink to the etching plate, and then transfer most of the ink to the printed object through the silica gel head.
Hot stamping is a method of using pressure and heat to melt the adhesive on the press film and transfer the metal film already plated on the press film to the plastic part.
Transfer printing is divided into water transfer printing and heat transfer printing. Water transfer printing uses water pressure to hydrolyze the transfer paper and plastic film with color patterns; heat transfer printing is a technology that prints patterns or patterns on heat-resistant offset paper and prints patterns of ink layers on finished materials by heating and pressurizing.
Laser engraving (laser marking) is a surface treatment process based on optical principles, similar to screen printing and pad printing. Through laser engraving, you can type or design on the product surface.

 
5. IMD internal decoration
Mold decoration, also known as coating-free technology, can make the product resistant to friction, prevent the surface from scratching, and keep the bright color for a long time.

 
6. Electroplating
Electroplating is a metal coating technology that uses electrochemistry to obtain a metal deposition layer on the surface of the workpiece. It is divided into water and vacuum ion plating (vacuum coating).

 
7, bite flowers
Flower biting uses chemicals such as concentrated sulfuric acid to corrode the inside of the plastic molding mold, forming serpentine, erosive, plowing, and other patterns. The surface has corresponding patterns after the plastic is molded through the mold. The difference between the different processing methods is that the flower biting is mold processing, while the other is the direct processing of semi-finished products.
