We programmed three tools (roughing and finishing (pinch) turning and spray gun drilling) during the cutting process to work on the spindle at the same time, and added a fourth tool to use the counter spindle to cut the back of the part. Anebon meets all tolerance and finish specifications, as well as quantity and budget requirements. Our customers are satisfied with the results, which has led to more project partnerships.
